The weather in the Netherlands is unpredictable, it can be rainy or cloudy but this does not scare us, we hope neither do you! Our tours will continue to operate normally on holidays and despite weather conditions, unless the safety of participants is compromised. Always come equipped, although we can always help you with something.

All our tours are private. In Amsterdam there are laws on the size of tourist groups and 15 is the maximum number of participants.

We have professional guides to offer our tours in English, Spanish and Dutch.

Amsterdam Tales does not put up barriers. We have managed to make all our tours accessible. Get in touch with us and we will adapt the tour to your specific needs.

All tours include pick-up at the hotel by the guide before the start of the activity. The accommodation should be located in the central area of Amsterdam (check the map). If your accommodation is located outside of our radius, you will receive an email days before your activity with all the details of your booking, including the meeting point.

Our tours are specially designed for families with children as protagonists. If you access the section of each tour on our website, you will be able to find all the information about the content of the visit.

Our bike tours are quiet, safe and fun rides that anyone can enjoy regardless of their physical condition. We have bicycles with many possibilities: tandem, saddle bikes, or small bikes. According to Dutch regulations, the helmet is not mandatory, but we understand that traveling with family safety comes first, so they will be fully available. What if it rains on the day of the tour? We have ponchos available, but we recommend that you come well equipped to “enjoy” the Typical Dutch Weather.

If you wish to change the day or the time of a tour, you must notify the customer service indicating the reservation number that you received by email. Please send the details of the new dates and times when you want to take the tour. You must wait for confirmation, only if there is availability the change can be made.
